Trained as a high school business teacher at Michigan’s Ferris State University, Nancy taught high school in Portland, Michigan for two years before landing a job at Intel where she became a corporate trainer and leadership coach. In a career spanning over 30 years she’s been committed to studying why so many people are unable to get what they say they want.

From that experience Nancy’s developed a unique model of self discovery and self generated action that she’s successfully shared with the principles of small business start ups, corporate executives, business leaders and teams at all levels and from all types of organizations.
